At this time of anxiety over university places, the school were pleased to see that most candidates secured a place.
High achieving pupil, Giulio Pesenti, achieved five A levels in Italian, Chemistry, Maths, Physics and Economics. He has won a place at Royal Holloway to read Economics and Politics.
Mr Gerry
Holden, who takes over as Headmaster this month commented. “Today is
always the highlight of the school year. It was wonderful to be with
young people supported by their parents and my excellent new colleagues
rejoicing in and celebrating academic achievement.” Hawkinge Gazette and Channel Coast News 2011©
