Since 1943, the Hythe Conservative Club has been sited in premises in
the High Street, Bank Street, the old Scout hut, in what is now the
Waitrose car park, and its present location in Portland Road.
A decline in trade in recent years has meant they are unable to continue
trading in Portland Road.
The decision to cease trading was made last month.
The club needs to sell all stock before it closes and members will be
able to take advantage of cheap drinks on Boxing Day.
It will also be selling its tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, bar
equipment, full size snooker table, snooker equipment, electronic tills
and numerous other items.
If you would like to place a bid for any of the items please contact the
club on 01303 267559.
