The future of the Household Waste Recycling Centre Service provided by Kent County Council for use by Kent householders is under review. Hawkinge Town Council will be holding a public meeting on Tues 10th Jan 2012 at 7.30pm to seek the views of residents and surrounding parishes on them, so that they can be included in their response. The proposals are available to view  www.kent.gov.uk/hwrcconsultation
