In this week of Remembrance, organisers of the proposed 2013 Air Show have added their own tribute to the fallen.

They highlight the sacrifice made by the military and aircrew during both world wars and not least by the two Red Arrows pilots sadly lost in the last few weeks, who flew over Folkestone earlier this year.

They also remind friends and family that the last posting date for forces parcels is 2nd December and for supporters of the armed services to consider using MOD approved charities to send goodwill parcels to all those serving overseas during Christmas.
