Re: Proposed Shepway parking charge is a 'huge worry' for part-time single mum

The only benefit I can see will be the new 'Owner' of the rights to chase and inflict a target driven approach to the issuing of PCN (parking fines).

This is a classic council ploy to save money, by hitting the residents and visitors alike with an outsource to a target driven organisation to save money.

Keep it as it is.

Folkestone doesn't need this type of plague.
