Kent Police have made an appeal about a 64-year-old woman who has been missing from her home in Capel-le-Ferne since Sunday night (30 October 2011).

Jean Jones was reported missing by her family at 9.00am today (31 October).

She was last seen at her home in Helena Road at 9.00pm on Sunday.

Police have appealed for any sightings of Mrs Jones as her disappearance is described as out of character.

UPDATE We are pleased to report that Kent Police have informed us today (1 November) that Jean Jones has been found safe and well.
