Young actors from the Dover Youth Theatre are to take on the hilarious 'Lord Arthur Seville's Crime'.

The amusing story by Oscar Wilde has been dramatized by Constance Cox and will be performed in The Roundhouse Theatre of the Dover Discovery Centre in Market Square Dover on Thursday and Friday 17 and 18 Nov 2011 at 7.30pm.

The play tells the story of Lord Arthur Seville who is engaged to Sybil Merton and is eagerly awaiting his wedding day. However his fiancée's mother Lady Julia is suspicious and wants to find out if he's been hiding any guilty secrets.

She brings along Mr Podgers to read Lord Arthur's palm. When Mr Podgers sees blood in Lord Arthur's hand he resolves to commit the foul deed before his marriage.

Oscar Wilde's hilarious story, complete with a clever butler, an assortment of aunts and an anarchist, will defy anyone to keep a smile from their face.

Tickets cost £8 for adults, and £5 for Students; please call 07703 207878 or email doveryouththeatre@hotmail.com [4].
