Minutes of the meeting held on 10 November 2010 were submitted, approved
as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
891. FINANCIAL MATTERS
The Clerk circulated the schedule of payments to be made following the
meeting. A copy of the schedule is attached as Appendix 1.

892. FINANCE AND GENERAL PURPOSES COMMITTEE – 24 NOVEMBER 2010
The minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee of 24 November
2010 were presented. The Clerk said there was additional information
relating to minute 174, Land at Hawkinge Community Centre, this was
contained in an exempt information addendum which was circulated at the
meeting.

893. BUDGET AND PRECEPT 2011/12
REPORT PC/10/06 concludes the budget-making process for 2011/12 and
makes recommendations to enable the Council to set its Precept for
2011/12 and to notify the tax collecting authority in accordance with
statutory legislation.

1. To receive and note REPORT PC/10/06
2. To approve the Parish Council’s budget for 2011/12 as set out in
REPORT PC/10/06.
3. To confirm the Precept for 2011/12 in the sum of £110,000 in
accordance with the provisions in Sections 39, 41 and 50 of the Local
Government Finance Act 1992.
4. To authorise the Chairman of the Parish Council to sign the Precept
demand on the District Council.
