879. MINUTES
Minutes of the meeting held on 13 October 2010 were submitted and
subject to an amendment to remove Councillor Mrs P Meloy from the list
of those present, were approved as a correct record and signed by the
Chairman.
880. FINANCIAL MATTERS
The Clerk circulated the schedule of payments to be made following the
meeting. A copy of the schedule is attached as Appendix 1.

882. BUDGET AND PRECEPT 2011/12
On 27 October the Finance and General Purposes Committee considered
REPORT FC/10/06 which concludes the budget-making process for 2011/12.

883. TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS
REPORT PC/10/05 provides a progress update of the two schemes
highlighted by the Parish Council using Section 106 Monies allocated for
transportation projects in Hawkinge.

pedestrian crossing in Haven Drive and Traffic Management at Mill Lane

885. HAWKINGE COMMUNITY FOOTBALL AND SPORTS TRUST – UPDATE 3
Update 3 was presented which detailed the progress of the project.

Sports Trust for the maintenance and caretaking of the ground.

886. CHRISTMAS CAROL CONCERT ARRANGEMENTS – 5 DECEMBER 2010
The Community Centre has been booked for the Carol Concert to take place
on 5 December 2010. Councillor Tearle confimed that the Concert would
start at 2.30pm and the programme would run for 1 and quarter hours and
would be more contemporary than in previous years. Hawkinge Primary and
Churchhill Schools had confirmed they would attend. The hall would be
decorated by the Community Centre and they would supply the
refreshments. Councillor Heasman would supply the mince pies.

887. PLANNING MATTERS
The minutes of the meetings of the Planning and Development Committees
of 11 and 25 October 2010 listing the planning applications received
since the last meeting of the Council were presented giving details of
the responses for endorsement, sent to the District Council by the
Planning and Development Committee.
