The
Dover College Infant and Junior School Council came up with the idea of
a special Charity Day to raise funds for the school’s annual Charity,
Pegasus Playscheme. |
 |
|
They thought that wearing red and green and festive hats would
get everyone in the mood for a fast approaching Christmas.
Pegasus Playscheme provides a three week summer play programme
for children with varying degrees of disability and severe
learning difficulties.
Over 5000 volunteer hours are put in each
year.

Infants and Juniors aged 3 to 11
Dover College’s Director of Sport Benn Smith, and School House
Prefect Ben Hadman have both volunteered for the Charity before.
£90 was raised on Wednesday (15 December), adding to the other
organised events which should over the academic year total over £7000 for Pegasus.
