No more excuses, a local personal trainer has launched a new Home Workout DVD to overcome all your reasons for not exercising.

Rob Bowman who covers the Kent and East Sussex region, has created a Home Workout DVD called ‘Home Workout Success.’

He said that after years of working with and talking to people about exercise he discovered everyone had one thing in common; they all had the same reasons and made the same excuses for not exercising. Lack of time, lack of motivation or they dislike going to gyms.

Rob made it his goal to overcome these barriers and develop a workout system that would help people make exercise a sustainable and long-term part of their lives and was the inspiration behind the DVD set.

Rob says there are 50 workouts on the 4 DVDs, all specifically developed to stimulate fat loss which can be done at home without any exercise equipment.

Each workout is fun and lasts just 5 minutes so no matter how busy you are you still have time to get fit, burn fat and lose weight,he says.

Rob Bowman said, “As a personal trainer I have heard every excuse for not exercising under the sun. I really wanted to find a way to get people exercising that they would stick with for the long term. And with just 5 minutes exercise a day, done from home without any equipment, even the busiest people alive can manage it.”
