Drunk and disorderly

Police in Tontine Street early on Sunday morning (15 November) arrested a  man who was drunk and disorderly, causing a disturbance and pushing against officers.

He was detained in custody at Folkestone Police Station for more than six hours when he was issued with a £80 fixed penalty notice before being released.

Police in Black Bull Road, Folkestone on Thursday morning arrested a man.

He was charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and released on bail to answer before Folkestone Magistrates in December.
