Eurotunnel chief confident of SeaFrance purchase

Eurotunnel chief Jacques Gounon has said that his group remains confident in the battle for the three former SeaFrance ferries despite the French court delaying a decision on it's preferred bidder for a week.

Green light given for Kent sixth-former's tenner a week bus pass

Kent calls on government to spend lorry charge money on county's roads

Kent County Council (KCC) has called for cast-iron guarantees that the money raised by Government's proposed £10-a-day charge on lorries will be ploughed back into the councils that are responsible for improving roads.
