Outdoor enthusiasts interested in joining Visit Kent’s Countryside Greeters stepped out in style to experience for themselves the fun of a guided walk.

The event, at The Pines Calyx, St Margaret’s Bay, was organised by a Visit Kent team led by Kerstin Andrews, and the Chairman of Kent Greeters, Peter Shaw.

Visit Kent is aiming to set up a network of Countryside Greeters across the county to welcome walking and cycling enthusiasts to their area.

The Greeters will advise visitors on the best walks and rides available to suit their interests and join them on an expedition.
