Folkestone's Trinity House lighthouse built in 1903 and refurbished by Tideworks Services Ltd for owner Roger DeHann, the former boss of locally based SAGA earlier in the year was reglazed by experts from East Anglia.

A specialist three-man team carried out the work on the lighthouse lantern room.

The glaziers from independent builders merchant Kent Blaxill were onsite for three days removing all existing glass and putties and fitting 12 new curved glass panels.

The new high quality clear float glass is 10 mm thick, triangular in shape, and curved to exactly fit the lantern.
