Here are your council's office opening hours and Christmas recycling and waste collections.

Office opening hours:

The Civic Centre in Folkestone will close at 4pm on Friday 23 December and reopen at 8.30am on Tuesday 3 January

New Romney One Stop Services will be open from 9am to12.30pm on Tuesday 20 December and Friday 23 December. It re-opens Tuesday 3 January and Friday 6 January from 9am to 12.30pm

Hythe Pool

The pool will be closed from Saturday 24 December until Tuesday 27 December (inclusive)

Wednesday 28 December and Friday 30 December: 7am-4pm

Thursday 29 December and & Saturday 31 December: 7am-9am and 11am-4pm

Tuesday 3 January - school term programme starts

Collections between Christmas and New Year will be one day later than normal

Normal recycling and waste collections start again on Monday 2 January.

Garden waste: The fortnightly collections will stop week ending Friday 23 December and restart from Monday 9 January.

Recycling and waste collections may be disrupted by bad weather. In the event of snow, please check this website for updates.
