Shepway could see 400 new homes built after Folkestone
Racecourse owner Arena Leisure announced it has resumed the payment of a final
dividend following a good performance across its seven UK horseracing
tracks.
With company profits holding firm Arena is set to open a new £30m hotel and leisure complex at Lingfield in May and is reported to be working closely with Shepway Council on a potential mixed use development at Folkestone Racecourse that could see a new racetrack and 400 new homes. |
