Folkestone Camera club

By Jenny Barraclough

We recently were enthralled with a lecture by Ken Scott entitled 'Besides and Beyond'.

Ken is continuing his project of taking a photograph a day, which can be viewed on the Flicker website.

What varied subjects and brilliant photography, he also proved we don’t have to go to the Caribbean to produce a good photograph, even the kitchen sink can work! We all had a wonderful evening and we look forward to seeing Ken again in the future.

This Monday we held our 5th digital image competition of the season. Judged by Dave Mason. Although our club does not teach photography, we do learn on these occasions from the judges comments. His results (out of 20) were:-
