Bad weather forces Swimming Pool opening times to be changed

Due to the continuing bad weather, Shepway District Council has made changes to the opening hours of Hythe Swimming Pool.

To ensure the safety of the public and staff that are travelling to and from the pool in South Road, Hythe,  it will close at 4pm today (Friday 8) and at 2pm over the weekend.

 

The swimming pool will operate the following times:

Friday 8 January, 8am - 4pm

Saturday 9 January, 8am - 2pm

Sunday 10 January, 8am - 2pm.

 

A normal service will resume on Monday 11 January subject to weather conditions.

The council is advising people to contact the pool before leaving home: 01303 269177 or 07906392059.
