A hard hitting DVD made by Shepway Community Safety Partnership and starring pupils from Brockhill Performing Arts College will be shown at the Hawkinge Community Fun Day on Saturday (12 September).

The short movie, '4 Shots and a Funeral' avoids lecturing young people but highlights the dangers of excessive drinking.

Shepway Councillor, David Godfrey has arranged for the film to be seen in the Hawkinge Community Centre during the Community Fun Day and he will be showing it on the hour from 12 noon to 3.00pm.

David has said that the storylines may be disturbing for some people and film can only be viewed by those 12 years and over.
