Young Dover and Folkestone talent perform with the National Youth Theatre at Bleriot weekend - (Photo)

Sophie Grayson and Ben Steele from Dover, and Joe Bachelor and Rebecca Pullen from Folkestone took part in NYT workshops at Dover town hall two weeks ago and were selected to take part in the groups performance on the seafront, untitled 'Flight'.
The youth theatre's piece portrayed the history of flight from the
Daily Mail's challenger to aviators to be the first to cross the
channel, to the modern-day holiday trips to sun-drenched beaches. The
local youngsters contribution was a surprise to people watching the
performance, as they joined in the show from the audience itself. |
