The Folkestone Art Society Spring Exhibition opens on Thursday 14th May at The Grand on The Leas, Folkestone ( www.grand-uk.com ).
 

Displaying the work of talented professional and amateur artists, the exhibition is open to the public from 10am each day and closes at 5pm, until Monday 25th May.

Entry is free, and refreshments are available from the hotel.

The exhibition is considered to be an important event in the arts calendar of the south-east and the Society’s previous exhibitions have drawn praise for the high standard of work exhibited. Visitors are asked to vote for their favourite work of art and prizes will be presented to the winning artists.

This Spring there is a new ‘Grand Competition’ for members. This competition will be on show in the Palm Court.
