Kent Police in Dover is appealing for witnesses and information following the theft of designer bikinis from a lorry on the A20.

Pistol Panties bikini

The lorry was parked on the London-bound Courtwood lay-by between Dover and Folkestone on Tuesday (17 February).

The driver parked the lorry for a rest and at some time between 7 pm and 4 am the following morning five boxes of 'Pistol Panties' designer bikinis were stolen.

The bikinis were due to be distributed in Oxford Street stores such as Harrods and Selfridges and retail for around £150 each.

Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the theft, saw anything suspicious or has any information about the whereabouts of the bikinis.

Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Simon Osland on 01303 850055.

Alternatively if you have information but wish to remain anonymous call Kent Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
