Big Brother steps in to to fight duck feeding fine

The 26 year-old mother from Oldbury in the West Midlands, had been given a fixed penalty notice and fined £75 by a council warden for throwing bread to the ducks in her local park whilst visiting with her 17-month-old son. Alex Deane,
Director of Big Brother Watch, said: “I am proud to be helping Miss
Kelly in her fight against this ludicrous fine. “She will not pay, nor should she,” he said. |
