Heartbreak Hotel for Elvis entertainer after theft of priceless jumpsuit

A local Elvis impersonator who entertains at venues across the South East is appealing for help after one of his Elvis suits was stolen.

The white jumpsuit known as the ‘Red Lion suit’ was stolen from Cliff Castle’s car following a performance at the Royal Oak in Park Street, Lydd.

The theft took place around midnight late on Saturday 17 October.

An expensive stage microphone was also stolen.

The stolen Elvis suit was made by B&K Enterprises in the USA, who according to their website are ‘internationally acclaimed’ makers of authentic Elvis recreations, and is very valuable.

Anyone with information about the theft, or about the stolen Elvis suit or microphone is asked to contact Kent Police on 01303 850055.
