Multi-million pound Bouverie Place mall up for sale

Owners of the Bouverie Place shopping centre in Folkestone, Warner Estate Holdings, has put the mall up for sale.

Warner is disposing of several shopping centres and is close to agreeing the sale of its 279,000 sq ft Royals shopping centre in Southend for around £34m.

The price of the Folkestone centre is not known but it is reported that the Southend and Folkestone malls together are available for £75m.

Bouverie Place, which opened just over a year ago still has vacant units in the centre.
