Alzheimer's Society meeting

The Shepway and Ashford branch of the Alzheimer's Society are holding a meeting at the Hawkinge Community Centre to discuss with those whose lives are affected by Dementia how services can develop and who we needs to be targeted.

The society is committed to improving support and services to local people and is looking to start more support groups.

The meeting  at the Community Centre is on February 4th at 10.00am.

For those not wanting to access support groups but needing information or advice on dementia, there is an outreach service where home visits are made.
