Dear Editor,

Re: Bus service is failing passengers

This is the first I've heard about any problems this term with the no 16 bus and I've asked the officers at KCC to look into it.

The popularity of the Kent Freedom Pass has been greater than anyone expected and this has led to overcrowding on a couple of routes.

I'll be back to the Hawkinge Gazette with a response when I know more.
