Leading housebuilder George Wimpey is holding a special event to help people onto the property ladder this weekend (20/21 September).

Customers reserving a home at Blenheim Court this weekend can take advantage of George Wimpey's ‘easymover' programme, offering special incentives on selected properties including support for first time buyers - while customers with a house to sell can reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder helps to find a buyer for their current property.

Incentives can be tailored to homebuyers' circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Currently available at the development include a selection of stylish two, three, four and five-bedroom homes with prices starting from £124,995.

The pretty village of Hawkinge is home to a selection of shops, including a bakers, a chemist and a small supermarket. Further shopping and amenities can be found in Folkestone, less than ten minutes away by road, while Ashford is just a twenty minute drive.

Hawkinge has two primary schools, while the area boasts a good range of secondary schools and sixth forms.

For commuters, the M20 is just a few minutes' drive from Blenheim Court, while a direct train service runs between Folkestone and London. The ferry ports of Folkestone and Dover, together with the Channel Tunnel, put Continental Europe within easy reach.

To find out more, visit the Sales Centre, located off Canterbury Road (A260), Hawkinge and open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.

Information on all George Wimpey developments across the region is available at Georgewimpey.co.uk.
