£420 million port expansion announced

The Port of Dover has announced plans to build a second ferry terminal at the Western Docks, which will feature four new ferry berths.
The £420 million expansion is due to begin in 2010 with a new terminal set to open in 2013 or 2014. The move coincides with recent news that P&O Ferries
is to launch two new ships for its Dover-Calais service in 2010 and
2011. |
