Wing Commander Bob Foster, a Hurricane pilot in 1940, will be the special guest and speaker over lunch on this year's tour of east Kent organised by the Battle of Britain Memorial Trust.

The coach trip on Sunday (22 June) will include a visit to the Kent Battle of Britain Museum at Hawkinge and the village of Elham which is claimed to have had more aircraft crash in its vicinity during the Battle than any other.

The tour will be led by Geoff Simpson.

Further information can be obtained from Group Captain John Hollowood on 01480 380182.

A few seats are still available at £40, £35 for members of the Friends of the Few.
