I am researching my family tree and have found
that John Carden a relation of mine owned the above butchers. |

Re Cardens Butchers,Canterbury Road, Folkestone.
There are two shops made into one and are now called, Canterbury Road Dental Practice. The Butchers was the second shop past the recreation ground, going east, and the entrance to the surgery.
I used to live in Downs Road then and had to go there on Saturdays to get meat products for my mother when I was a nipper. JP
