Two young children and their mother were seriously injured after two cars were involved in a head-on collision on the B2068, Stone Street.

The vehicles, a blue Rover and a black BMW collided about a mile from Six Mile garage heading towards Canterbury yesterday, at 2.20pm on Sunday afternoon (13 April).

The driver of the Rover, a 33-year-old woman from the Canterbury area and her two sons aged 5 and 6 were seriously injured.

A woman from the Folkestone area driving the BMW received minor injuries.
