Peter is replaced by Georgina Atkins and outgoing Secretary Jackie Burvill by Tim Allard and Carolyn Goodliff. Jenny Armitage remains Deputy Chairman, Anne Hutt as Treasurer and Joan Brisley as Show secretary. Other committee members remaining in post are Alan Barnes and Ruth Prior.

The next meeting on the 2nd April will incorporate time to vote on a new Constitution – nothing heavyweight but akin to a ‘tidying up exercise’ as the politicians like to phrase it. This will be followed with a talk given by Jackie Aviolet on the subject of Water.

New members and guests are always made to feel welcome. Don’t be shy – come along to the regular meetings held on the first Wednesday of the month in the Village Hall or one of the shows.
