Dear Editor,

Re: Claim that parish council are blocking improvements

Ever thought of doing it yourself?

Then demand the costs be deducted out of your Council Tax Bills.

The landlord (your council) is required by law to look after the structure of the building, including outside fittings (gutters) and essential services (heating appliances, sinks, baths, toilets and the water, gas and electricity supplies.)
