The newest branch of Martin & Co, the UK’s largest and fastest-growing network of specialist property managers and letting agents has opened in Folkestone.

The new office in fully-refurbished premises at 130 Sandgate Road will serve the rental sector throughout Folkestone and surrounding areas including Sandgate, Dover and Hythe. It is owned and operated by franchisee Dennis Roodhardt and his wife Rachel.

Dennis and Rachel aim to provide the most comprehensive and professional lettings and property management service in the area.

There will be a choice of service levels to suit individual landlord requirements, ranging from simple tenant-find, to rent collection, to a fully comprehensive property management service, including routine repairs and maintenance.
