Neighbourhood Watch reports the following crimes

Theft

A silver flat bed car carrying trailer was stolen from near the Lydden Race track between 1700hrs and 1900hrs on Friday 12th December.

The padlock to the area where the trailer was stored was cut and a dark coloured 4 x 4 pulled up to the trailer hitched it on and drove away.

It is that time of year - please make sure that all trailers are secured whilst idle.

And does the time of year play apart in this crime?

Seven Brecon geese were killed in their field at Goodnestone yesterday afternoon. There were pools of blood in their field suggesting that they had either been shot or had their throats slit.

Again, if you have poultry please do keep an extra eye open for those that might like to have it off the hoof.
