Busy schedule…

Whilst this year’s weather may have been a great disappointment it hasn’t stopped the Gardening Society from being active. Two shows in the Village Hall, a plant sale and some excellent monthly meetings have all been well supported.

Tremendous value…

On top of this there have been no less than three outings: one locally in June to Beech Court Gardens at Challock and two by coach to Great Comp at Platt in August and Wisley in October. The total cost of these three trips to members was £6. Beat that for value!

And coming up…

On Wednesday 5th November, Mr Hilary Newman is giving a talk about “The Winter Garden” and on Wednesday 3rd December, Jeff Wagner is providing an Audio Visual Show entitled Phantasmagoria 2.

A Christmas Social and Quiz Night follow this on Saturday 6th December. All three events are in the Village Hall at 7.30pm
