Kent Police is growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a teenage girl who has been missing for almost two weeks.
 

14-year-old Lola Lind was last seen by her family on Tuesday 23 September when she left home in Hythe to go to Brockhill school, Saltwood.

There was a sighting of her at Sandling Station near Saltwood at around 1.30 pm that day and she may have boarded a train.

She took her two pet rats in a cage and some rat food with her when she went missing. Police would like to hear from anyone who recalls seeing a girl with the cage.

Police believe Lola might be in the Folkestone area, Tunbridge Wells, or Derby.

Lola is described as white, 5ft tall of slim build with pierced ears and yellow metal hoops, brown eyes and long dark brown hair.

She was wearing a blue T-shirt, black trousers and a black jacket with a dragon image in the back. She could possibly be wearing a pink jumper and blue jeans.
