Compelled to scatter unwanted wrappers and waste

Have your say!

Dear Editor,

Re: Should we have community litter picks?

In support of J Cullen, I would also echo his views and add the following .

It is not mere lack of pride, but some form of inverse snobbery that makes (some) people not only to ignore what has dropped to the ground outside their property, but also compels them to scatter their unwanted wrappers and waste.

Any attempt at raising the odd question about any of this type of behaviour usually invites the litter bug to respond with a string of Anglo Saxon.

Grumpy as ever,,
