Police are appealing for information about the theft of 17 bottles of spirits from the bar at the Carlton Hotel on The Leas, Folkestone.

The theft took place some time between 2.15 pm on Sunday afternoon (28 September) and 8.20 am on Monday morning (29 September).

It is thought a black rubbish sack was used to remove the bottles.

Police would like to hear from anyone who noticed anyone looking suspicious, carrying a black bag in the area.

Included in the haul were bottles of Martini Dry, Bianco and Red, Gordons Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, Courvosier, Famous Grouse, Teachers and Bells whisky, Morgan Spice, Lambs Rum, Bacardi, Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort.
