Are Shepway afraid to make airport planning decision?

Dear Editor,

Re: Lydd airport's crunch planning meeting postponed 

This just about sums up Shepway District Council.

How long do they need for an application for a project that is in their own Local Plan, or are they `afraid` to make the decision?

If I were the Applicant I would put an end to this nonsense and ask the Government Office of the South East to determine it under non-determination by a Planning Authority within a certain time frame as Jimmy Godden did.
