You can have a say in how sports facilities for the village could benefit from a pot of cash.

Hawkinge Parish Council have a substantial amount of funding available to develop and establish sport and recreational facilities in the village.

As these facilities will benefit the whole village, the council is inviting everyone to come along to an informal get together in the community centre at 12.00pm or 2.00pm during the Hawkinge Fun Day on Saturday (8 September)

You will be able to air your views and put forward suggestions about which sport and recreation facilities you would like to see in the village.

If you are interested in sport for Hawkinge, don't miss out as this will be your last chance to have a say and influence what happens with the cash.
