Thorns will penetrate for years to come

Have your say!

Dear Editor,

Prime Minister will have had his mind made up for him on the evening of May 3rd, on leaving behind the black door of 10 Downing Street swiftly and sharply!

He is to take with him a number of nasty thorns that are going to penetrate him for many a year to come.

One of the thorns to dig in deep is his selfishness and refusal in raising not half a dozen times with President Putin — just ONCE — since 1997, the issue of the murder and theft of newborn baby harp seals on the White Sea, Russia.

The Russian Government shamefully subsidises its own people to mutilate 9 to 12-day old white coated seal pups in their thousands, to turn into fur caps. Ironically, these are then died black. What a crowning glory for those who wear them!

Hundreds of Londoners were made aware at the May Day rally, of the outgoing Prime Minister’s continuous silence along with other institutions under his leadership. The response from the general public was just outstanding, which gave European Animal Welfare much upliftment on the day!

Caroline Lucas, Member of the European Parliament, is vigorously pursuing the European Commissioner who is not conforming with her, an elected member of the Parliament, on the issue of the Russian baby seals, a fact given to me in person on April 13th following our meeting.
