Has the Hawkinge Parish Council actually achieved anything themselves?

Dear Editor,
The Parish Council farce goes from strength to strength. I read with interest
the recent voting fiasco.

Would it not have been easier to gather all Parish
Councillors together to take the vote?
If they cannot organise this themselves then we, the public have little or no
chance in them organising anything else. Heaven forbid if they owned a brewery!
Anyhow the last selection of the electorate seemed only too happy to pass all
the work over to the Hawkinge Partnership to resolve village issues.
Has the Hawkinge Parish Council actually achieved anything themselves other than
becoming masters of stabbing each other in the back?
