Dear Editor/Parents,

Friends Of Selsted School is proud to present Glam Rock group “Glam Slam” who will be playing at our 70’s party night on Saturday May 19th at The Pavilion. Check out their website at www.glamslam.biz

FOSS, thanks the amazing generosity of Costas Sotiriou, will be taking over the Pavilion for the night, so the bar will be selling alcohol at greatly reduced rates well below normal pub prices.

Tickets cost £8 and will include nibbles only, so make sure you eat before you come so you have something to soak up all of the alcohol which we hope you will be drinking (well, all profits do come to us!). All tickets must be purchased in advance there will be none available on the door.

We are hoping to sell out of all 180 tickets available so please invite all of your family and friends, we would really rather keep it all in-house but obviously, if sales are poor, we will be forced to sell to the general public as Rock Gods do not come cheap!

It will be amazing if we could all come in fancy dress (think platform shoes, shiny flares, big hair) but if you do not feel able to, just come and have a laugh at the others. All in all it should be a great night and if successful maybe we’ll have a party night for each decade.

So put on your “Tiger Feet” lets “Teenage Rampage” down to The Pavilion where we can “Can a few Cans” have a “Ballroom Blitz” and we will soon be finding our “Stairway to Heaven”. (Sorry just couldn’t resist!).
