Hawkinge's very own sharpshooter Peter Hogben has been waiting for weeks to snap a rare visitor to the village.

And paparazzi Peter's guile and patience has finally paid off.
The rare blackbird penguinus has met its match with happy snapper Peter who
sent us the definitive proof that the strange creature really does exist.
Peter's paparazzi prowess has apparently had Hello magazine all of a flutter looking for exclusive rights, so a little bird tells me.
