Hawkinge Parish Council have re-joined the world wide web and once again have their own website up and running.

The site which is provided by Kent County Council for parish councils in the county,  has a mix of news and information.

Hawkinge Gazette Editor, Susan Scott said: "The village has been without a parish council website for too long. The "unofficial" HawkingedotCom site is still pulling in the visitors but residents have not been able to access an "official" parish council site which could promote the village and make available council information for the residents.  I wish them every success in their new venture".

The Hawkinge Parish Council website can be found here
