Do you want to improve the village and make it a cleaner, place to live?

If your answer is yes, then come along on Saturday 20th October and join a jolly band of volunteers to help smarten up the area on the Hawkinge Community Litter Pick.

Litter and rubbish will be picked up from the Community Green on Heron Forstal Ave, Kettle Drive, Haven Drive, Procter Walk and the adjacent roads.

All safety equipment will be provided, as is insurance. There will be light refreshments provided at the end of the morning.

It is a chance to be involved and help improve your area and make it a cleaner, greener place to live. The activity will not be strenuous and is suitable for all ages. Suitable footwear should be worn and waterproof clothes if it rains.
