If you've not yet signed up for the Hawkinge Community Litter Pick and you want to improve the village and make it a cleaner place to live, just get in touch with Tanya Clark now.

Your help is needed, so come along on at 10.00am on Saturday 20th October and join the jolly band of volunteers to help smarten up Hawkinge.

Meeting points are:-

Community Centre - for Heron Forstal Avenue, the Green, the play area and roads in the area.
Procter Walk play area - for Procter Walk, Pannell Drive, Aerodrome Road, Haskard Close and Haven Drive.
Hawkinge Partnership Office - to cover The Street, Kettle Drive, Winter Drive and Mill Lane.

All safety equipment and insurance cover is provided and light refreshments will be served at the end of the morning.

It is your chance to be involved and help improve the area to make it a cleaner, greener place to live. It will not be strenuous and young people are welcome. Suitable footwear should be worn and waterproof clothes if it rains.

If you would like to take part on Saturday 20th October between 10.00-12.30pm, please contact Community Warden Tanya Clark 07811 271303.
